Our Mission . . . . . To act on behalf and in the interest of Nevada Trails Community Association in protecting property values by promoting and preserving the desirability, cleanliness, and community values of our neighborhood and in managing and maintaining our common areas.
President - Richard Lederer
I have lived in Nevada Trails since the very beginning when I purchased my home on the very first day Pardee Homes offered homes for sale. I became involved in the community when we formed the Community Association in late 2003. I have been chairperson of the Architectural Committee since 2004 and President serving on the Board of Directors since 2005. I have also been actively involved with the Airport Noise Committee and the South West Action Network, and the Nevada Power Community Working Group that studied options for power lines. Additionally, I have supported our Community Day event since it began in 2006 and I enjoy seeing residents come out and have a good times and meet each other.

Hello Nevada Trails! I have lived in Las Vegas for the past 37 years and have been a Nevada Trails homeowner since 2004 . I am a member of the Community Association Institute - Nevada Chapter. It educates HOA board members on current legislation, risk management, ethics, case law pertaining to assessment issues and CC&R amendments, and reserve studies among many other classes. Through CAI over the last year and a half I have attained my DCAL (Dedicated Community Association Leader) certification which I have drawn on many times to make educated and qualified decisions. I have had the honor and pleasure of sitting on 4 different boards of directors in the positions of President, Treasurer, and Secretary, 3 of which have 1,200 homes, 2 having multi million dollar budgets with many amenities, and serving on 5 different types of committees. I believe we have a first rate community and believe in preserving and protecting the values of our homes and the rights of all our home owners as well as making sure the actions of the board are fair, educated, balanced, and respectful in regards to all home owners.
The purpose of the Social Committee is to foster a cohesive community by organizing fun and exciting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other. The Committee oversees the annual Community Day event held in October, movies in the park, adult social mixers at neighborhood bar/restaurants, and various family friendly events held at our newly renovated park. The Committee is also involved in engaging neighborhood businesses through sponsorships in community events. While the Committee plans community-wide events, we also encourage the formation of small groups within the neighborhood to meet the needs of all our residents. Make sure to like us at our Facebook page dedicated to Nevada Trails social activities and events nearby. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or would like to get involved.
